Hi I'm new to this forum, but it looks really cool. Im 17 and was working out for around 4 -5 months but then due to school I slacked off and haven't been to the gym for about 3 months. Im trying to get back into it, but I want to get a good diet under my belt so I can successfully gain weight. Im only 155 lbs and Im 6' 1'. I really want to gain some muscle, but I'm not really sure what to eat. I guess Im asking for a very explicit diet plan that with actual foods and stuff so I can know what to eat. Also I'm still in high school from 7am to 2:30 pm, how can I successfully eat 5-6 meals a day with this kind of schedule? Any advice would be very much appreciated.
have you checked the stickies at the top of the forum yet for ideas? TONS of beneficial info there in relation to bulking diets, etc.
