You can always fit something in...
How about a tin of salmon or a couple of boiled eggs to abbreviate a meal?

Im with you Jodi, I have a ravenous appetite... sucks dieting.

are you drinking enough water to facilitate healthy digestion and get that food moving along?

how about adding more calorie dense foods to your diet, like EFA'S, grind oats in shakes, add in fruit/milk, etc.

Only time I don't want to eat is when I have too much real sugar or greasy food in my diet. It makes me feel full longer to where I do not want to eat. Usually that is when I am crap eatting.

But come time to diet down, I stay hungry all the time, on the few times I wasn't, I would go ahead and it my planned meal even if I didn't want it.

Atherjen - do you grind your oats in a normal blender or do you use something else?

Just force it after a while you're body will adapt and all that food won't seem as much anymore...beware you'll start shitting like a motherfucker for the first few weeks. When i started hardcore bulking i would shit like 3x/day atleast, but it goes away after a while and i'm fairly regular now no matter how much i eat.

Here's an example when i started bulking i started eating 1lb of cottage cheese before bed which was a ton of food. I remember clearly the first time i did it that i had a stomach ache and was all bloated and had to really struggle to get it all down...now 1lb of cottage cheese is barely a snack and i feel hungry after eating it. I've been known to put away 2lbs of it before bed and wake up in the middle of the night for a snack usually in the form of deli meats etc.

I just have to change my diet up or I get bored. I hear what you're saying about the crapper there, Yannick, but I am not quite there yet!

I made prawns, mashed potatoes, & pot stickers Friday, so I was grubben'.

I sort of had to force myself for a very brief period of time, but barely. My appetite narutally increased quite a bit when I got back into exercising several days per week.
