    Is your diet working?

Aside from my daily supplements (whey protein, glutamine, vitamins, oils), I eat mixed veggies, apples, peanut butter, Fiber One cereal, tuna, cottage cheese and eggs.

As much of these as I want, 5 times a day (even PB). And I mix and match. I lift 5 days a week. Works for me.

    What about you.

No. Got abs now. I cut hard for 4 months and with cardio got ripped, but felt bad. I added more peanut butter and I feel good now. A little smoother though.

I find I can make small changes in my body now just by altering my PB intake.

    Hi,

Is peanut butter in shakes or otherwise good when bulking?
