    Could someone pls explain what is Carb Cycling and is it beneficial for gaining mass.

    Someone certainly can, in fact they already have

    Look in Jodi's sticky at the top of the page (Guide to cutting, bulking etc), there's all the info you need to get started in there - including a link to a carb cycling program written by a guy called Twin Peak (I'm assuming that you've read mention of this throughout the forum and it may have prompted your question?)
