Curious to see if anyone has actually purchased the program from fitday.com. I purchased it last week and I think it is well worth it. It has a ton of more features then the "free" version. I recommend it highly!!
Thanks!!

like what kind of stuff?
The reason I stick with the free one is the ease of access from anywhere with an internet connection. |

You can log body measurements, weight mood sleep etc. I like it also so I don't have to log on to enter my food journal.

Can you cut and paste from one day to the next? I hate the fact you can't do that with the free version.
