As I have stated on previous threads, I am trying to add some muscle to my upper body, but lose the fat from my stomach and ass, and I wanna know, rather than eating foods which have high protien but also have fat in, should I just have an extra protien shake instead to get the extra protien, and just eat a low fat meal such as beans on toast to compensate for the meal I would be missing out on.

eating fat does not make your fat or inhibit the loss of body fat...you need a certain amount of fat in the diet or the body will not release its fat stores
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
