i do my measurement precooked, i cook up up a cup and a half of rice, then when done i split it up in three servings for a half cup uncooked brown rice, which gives my approx. 280 cals and 58 grams carbs
Some measurements tbhey give are cooked rice or uncooked, just depends which one you use. Generally roughly 1 cup uncooked=2 cups cooked
