Is there such thing as short-term problem due to bad foods?
I believe that you can only get bad benefits from food when you eat bad foods for a long time. I am considering the short-term effects in someone health now. Is that possible ?

30 days I guess that is too long and he was eating way too many calories.
What I am trying to say is if someone that eats healthy but sometimes eats the most unhealthy food. Like a big, fat, barbecue. Can one meal harm your health? I donīt think so. Everybody agrees with me? |

But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.

As far as physical health, the ocassional bad food wouldnt hurt. Obviously it would hurt attempts to cut, or to lean bulk... but i dont see how it would negatively impact your actual health.

Sure it does. Depends on the individual -- but, for instance, I am mildly hypoglycemic and sugar-sensitive, so I definitely get short-term bad effects of various kinds from eating concentrated sugars or too many junk carbs.

Your overall health should remain pretty good if you eat clean food most of the time and cheat occasioanlly. Think of it this way: there are plenty of people who eat crap all day long and live long fullfilling lives. However, you might get gas, diarrhea, bloating, etc. as a result of eating "bad food."
