Need Diet Advice, Here is My Diet the Last 7 Days

I am really really trying to clean up my diet! That's the bottom line, and that's pretty much exactly what I am trying to do. Basically just clean things up overall---without going extreme. When I go extreme I end up binging on sweets like crazy, etc. So I am focusing on cleaning my diet up, but keeping everything in moderation.

get rid of these and otherwise its not bad, especially for you.
Basically.. work on eliminating that fast food as it appears.. and sweets.. and liquer!
Then I am SURE it will make a world of difference!

As basically as usual I need to work on keeping my empty calories, from sugar and liquer, to a minimum? And that's about it I think in terms of keeping my diet overall clean.

The binging obviously HAS to stop.

You already know what you need to do nutrition wise. Mixed drinks, sugar, regular soda, protein bars, etc. need to go. The goal you need to work on is adherence. Good luck.

Protein bars? What's wrong with them? Usually 300 calories, low in sugar, and 30g+ of protein.

Well the whole bar debate....They are fine in moderation. I would say that they are okay in your case.
