    Eggs

Hi everyone. I was looking into cheap protein, and I've realised that eggs and a perfect source, but then I found out that if you eat too many you can get 'egg bound' (severely constipated). There is also the wind factor, as in farting, is there anyway that I can get away without either of these problems occuring? baring in mind I am going to mix turkey/ chicken and eggs ( so one meal is chicken/ turkey and the next is eggs and vice versa)

Unless you remove the yolk you take in a huge amount of fat with that, and if you remove the yolk you also remove a huge portion of the protein in the egg. I believe Large AA eggs have about 2.85g protein in the egg white, 11-12 calories worth.

When I was eating a lot of eggs I was doing 11 whites and 2-4 yolks per sitting, and it did anything but constipate me, quite the opposite. I had to stop eating them like that after a few days.
