Need help getting ready for a week without eating..

OK here in about 2-3 months I'll be in survival school where they kick your butt and don't give you much of anything to eat......right now being summer time I'm in the middle of a leaning out period....I'm the kind of guy that sheds muscle like crazy if I can't hit the weights and eat every three hours....here is my question how would you prepare your body for my situation.....it's two weeks long....most guys loose like 20-30 pounds It will kill my body if I loose 20-30 pounds.....I thought about doing a weight gain type diet 3-4 weeks out to put on some size but I'm not sure thats the best thing to do...I don't want my metabolizim to be high like it is now....hunger pains will destroy me....HELP!!!

....would it help if I stopped eating every 3 hours say 3-4 weeks out? I'm trying to minimize my LBM loss for this evolution.......

Unfortunately there is no solution for that. If you donīt eat, you will lose a lot in two weeks. You need to find a way to cheat in this program. Send your brother there or hide some food with you.

there is nothing that you can do to prepare your body for going into starvation mode...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

If you eat a lot and significantly increase your bodyfat now, that may help to reduce the "starvation effect" on your muscles.
IMO now it is the time for chocolate cake and ice cream.

between boot camp and BUDS I lost about 35 lbs of LBM...

insulin is the only thing that can combat cortisol and with out eating frequently you can not effectively control insulin...
