Jodi in reviewing your cutting program I notice you said that you should have no sugar in your diet. Well I am currently taking 2 scoops of whey protein (GNC's 100% Whey Protein) 2 times a day. In reviewing the Nutrition Facts I have found that it contains 2 grams of sugar per serving. I was wondering if this is a quality product or should I make a switch to a different brand with no sugar.

Your goal is to keep sugar as low as possible. Some food and wheys are going to have minute amounts and its nothing to worry about. You just don't want to add and sugars of any form. Just read the labels and beware of condiments.
