    No lift- how much protein??

    For a month or so I wont be able to use the gym so i was planning on doing dips pullups, pushups, jog, abs, etc...I am trying to get cut...I was going to reduce my carbs to around 150...I was wondering if i should still try to get 1-1.5 grams of protein and if i should still follow a carb spike after working out...thank you

    1g is probably fine. Dont cut too many calories at once or you will lose muscle, 500 should be a good start.

    nope...stick to a low GI carb like oats with your whey protein...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
