    Candy

    Hey all.
If youve been on a cut for 2 months and decide to out of the blue treat yourself w/candy, is there something you should know when you eat it?

What I mean is, If I decide to eat a package of M&M's lets say after work, will this seriously do damage to my cut even though its been so long?

And either way, should I eat it alone or with a meal, or with protein... etc. you get my drift

the best time to eat would be post workout IMO, less likely to be stored as fat.

stay within your daily caloric goal, and it's fine. post workout is good idea. use with protein and it's just like eating a protein bar. not that there's anything good about eating a protein bar. or you can just say f-it. one thing of candy every 2 months is insignificant.

Shouldn't hurt you any on the cut, if anything it would probably help more than hurt you. Sometimes the metabo needs the added kick inthe butt. Just as long as you don't do it daily and keep it to a min.
