    percent of fat intake

    what's the minimum amount of fat that you need to still get your body to realse fat for burning, b/c im scared im not getting enough ( im about 10% fat on average ) is this way too little? or could fat burning still occur.

    That thread says you can adjust, but starts out at 40/40/20 (% protein, % carb, % fat).

    And you mean your intake is 10%, not your BF, right?

    well, im not asking about certain ratios like a 40 40 20 plan or anything ( and yes it's my intake of 10 % fat) i just want to know if that is just too little

    Yeah, it probably is too little. Essential fatty acids are very important for good health. Look for items with fat in them, but low saturated fat. Nuts, flax seed, fish oil, olive oil, and a little soybean and canola oil are my primary sources of fat.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
