Instead of a regular protein shake, you could try an MRP. More fat, carbs, and calories.
For breakfest I eat about 2 bowls of oatmeal and a protein shake with a bananna blended in the morning before work. Then I work from 7-12 straight with no breaks. I was wondering what something good to eat real quick would be to hold me off until lunch. I was thinking about throwing back a protein shake at about 10, but is that enough calories to keep me chugging along? I don't want my matabolism to start to creep to a stop. My job has me moving about a lot though.
So any thoughts on what a good snack to eat would be?
