can someone at least say something.....i'm going crazy trying to figure this out....i'm in my first day of refeeding now....i went 3 days with barely any carbs and didn't feel tired or anything...actually i felt good....should i wait until ketosis kicks in before refeeding

The only thing I would change is that his refeed needs to be at a minimum of 2G carbs x BW so he's looking closer at 450G carbs
