    please critique my diet

I've basically been on a low carb diet for about 3 years(under 50g a day).....the first few months it works great and i dropped 30lbs....this was after after college with a steady diet of wings, pizza and beer. Since that point it has stagnated and i cant get to the next level, that last little bit of fat around my stomach, i also lift and run 4-5 times a week. I just started reading about refeeding and i think it might be the answer because my body is so used to the same thing. I was thinking 3 days of under 30g carbs and 1 day 200-220 g carbs. I always have been getting my 200g+ of protein and fats through nuts and olive oil. I'm 6'0 220 now and would like to get to 205 lean......please tell me if sounds like a good plan...here is a fairly current pic....but like i said i haven't changed in 3 years

Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance

That thread has good info on cutting and some of the dynamics of it. There's also 2 diets in there with examples and what not.

Are you operating on a caloric deficiency (burn more than intake)? Do you drink a lot?

I think that's too low of carbs for your refeed, you need at LEAST 300 grams, probably more. Make sure your fat is kept to a minimal when you refeed and protein stays at 1 gram per lb. of body weight. Good Luck

When you say you did low carb for three years, did you ever refeed? I don't see how you kept your sanity!!
Only time will tell if it was time well spent!

Good advice The only thing I would change is that his refeed needs to be at a minimum of 2G carbs x BW so he's looking closer at 450G carbs
