read all of the info that Jodi posted up there...tons of great information in those threads.

a very good clean bulk can bring results close to 3-5 lbs of LBM for every lb of fat gained. the key to clean bulking is to do it slow and steady. it is hard to gain a lot of fat even when the diet is very clean...

I prefer that you read the "stickies", there is a simple explanation there.

    Hey rjr,

I have the exact same problem, I was overweight, about 20 pounds to be exact, and went on a weight loss diet and ended up losing 40 pounds. Now everybody is telling me that Im skinny and need to gain 20 pounds. And just like you I am a little scared about having to gain the 20 or so pounds back, so if you need someone to talk to.. just let me know and hang in there.
