I think you should keep your fat content about where it was. I don't think anyone should make fat more than 30-35% of their calories.
HI, i hear that taking flax oil will in losing weight & that the oil will not turn into fat , increase thermogenisis etc. I would like to know whether you keep the calories the same and just add the 1-2 tbls of the oil( more calories total, even though i guess the increased thermic effect would balance it out), or do you need to eat less to compensate for the calories in the oil ( so you would still have the same total calories in the end) thank you.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

my fat intake it very low right now, by taking the flax oil i think i'd be around 30 %
Seeing your fat intake is at 10% I would just add the extra fat from the flax. However, I think fish oil is superior to flax.

ok thanks, so it wouldn't be bad if i just add the oil to what im eating now, b/c technically i'd be consuming more calories, but the fat i guess would be needed by my body b/c of my low fat intake
