Almost all bars have sugar, but im wondering, since all have fat and fat slows digestion, would the insulin spike fast or gradually rise after eating a nutrition bar ( no matter what kind of bar )thank you
does there need to be a certain amount of fat to slow digestion ( ex bagel has 3 g fat but is fast to digest) and im sure it also depends on the amount of sugar but can't there be an amount of fat to slow insulin down no matter the sugar level in the bars. ( like say the fat content needs to be over ___ grams in order to slow food digestion)
