    Eat when im full?

I understand the 6 meals a day thing and have enough protein and carbs per meal. My question is.. if im to a point where im full, do i really have to eat again 3 hours later? The 6 small meals a day is driving ne nuts because i easily get full and stay full. What should i do? Say i eat an 6oz lean chicken, 2 boiled egg whites and a glass of milk for lunch. DO i really needt o eat again 3 hours later because i usually stay very full until 6 hours later. What should i do?

PS: ALso, say that im eating the 6oz lean chiken breast and tuna. If i get full, do i still eat the egg whites or just pass it. why do i get full so easily!!! gayness!

You will get use to it as your body acclimates to the timing. Yes you still need to eat if you want to keep your metabolism up.

It took me about two months to retrain my metab on the every three hour meal plan. Once I locked in on it, I was craving food at the 2:30 mark and by 3 hours, I had to eat, even on days off. Only difference is that on the weekends, I probably eat less than during training days. Could be mental, but it works for me. I also never eat until I am overfull.

I don't know how much you weigh or what your daily protein requirements are, but you may want to try smaller meals. Maybe four to five ounces of chicken without the egg whites or tuna. Maybe add in some veggies instead.
