The only time you EVER want to use any powdered gatorade would be PWO with your protein. Bulking or cutting you should not be drinking it otherwise.

I think gatorade is best used while playing sports... tennis, basketball, football, etc...

I used gatorade when I have long tennis sessions where I'm playing for like 3 hours straight... keeps your energy levels higher...
    Are you kidding me????

Also watch the sugars. Yesterday after a mtn bike ride this little red-bull-truck thing pulled up and they gave us each a can. I drank it, reluctantly (mostly 'cause it tastes like crap) ... but it had 27g sugar in it.

I seriously considered puking it up just to not let the sugar in my system, lol ...
