??? I eat all sorts of lean protein. Lean beef, chicken, turkey, salmon, shrimp, halibut, orange roughy, tuna, eggs, ostrich, occasionally buffalo, etc.
Does anyone eat these for a source of protein? Has 18 Grams of protein and 1 gram fat per serving - I usually have 2 servings........

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
Shrimp is a phenomenal source of protein. Super tasty and very very low in fat.

Dang!!! I loved eating shrimp, crab, and lobster when I was younger; my favorite meal was snow crab legs. Then one day me and my family was eating at Red Lobster and I had some crab legs and all of a sudden my eyes became blood shot and my face puffed up and throat started itching. Turns out I was allergic to all three of them but it didn't start bugging me till I was like 11 years old. Now I'd probably die if I ate a shrimp![]()
