    Help me please. I have one week till a weding and I want to lose the most I can off my waist and some weight. Any suggestions on how to lose the most....PLEASE HELP

    Don't eat carbs.....drink a lot of water......run. You will lose water weight. It is a little late for you to be trying to lose wieght for a wedding. You should have planned this out a few months ago.

    You made this decision way to late man, like Pfunk mentioned all you can lose in a week noticeably is water weight. A whole lot a running will do it, it would have been easier if you had thought about this sooner.

    I have been losing good amounts i just wanted to see if there were any suggestions to put me over a bit more. Thanks though guys

    I hope you know that doing something as drastic as P-Funk's plan will leave you in a rather unattractive state, considering you're doing everything contrary to muscular maintenance/growth, but yeah, I suppose you could drain some water that way. You could also buy a diuretic....but anyway like mentioned you should've planned way in advance, so you would be where you'd like to be at this moment as opposed to a week from now
