That doesn't look like a very good diet to me.

What are the macros? Where are the veggies and EFA's healthy carbs? Why brown rice in the last meal? No banana and cheese That is not a meal.

Did you check out the stickies at the top of forum yet?

That is not anywhere near enough calories no matter how much you weigh. Read the stickies as Jodi said. You have a lot of learning to do.

First of all, pick a goal. Lose fat or add muscle. Only the newest of newbies can really truley manage to do both at the same time with good results.

    Morning 7 a.m.
    1. Isopure protein shake 50 grams (with water) mixed with fiber supplment
    2. Ota bran muffin with grape jelley or 3 eggs whites on whole wheat bread with turkey and tomatoes.
    3. some kind of fruit (apple, orange, grapes)
    4. 20 ounce water

Get rid of the grape jelly. What else is in the muffin?

    Mid Morning 10:30 a.m.
    1. Isopure protein shake 25 grams (with water)
    2. Fruit (apple, orange, grapes) or light yougart
    3. 20 ounce water

Easy on the fruit. Where are the veggies and EFA's? Why so much protein shakes, you need real food

    Lunch 12:00 p.m.
    1. Grilled chicken on whole wheat bread lettuce and tomato or Tuna on whole wheat bread lettuce and tomato.
    2. Vegetables or salad (no dressing)
    3. rasin nut mix
    4. 20 ounce water

Skip the raisins. Add some EFA's

    Mid Afternoon 2:30 p.m.
    1. Isopure protein shake 25 grams.
    2. Fruit (apple, orange, grapes) or light yougart
    3. 20 ounce water

Have a real meal here. Solid food, skip the shake and the fruit. You have had enough fruit. Don't forget the EFA's

    Evening 5:00 p.m.
    1. Turkey, ham, spaghetti(no sauce), tuna, salad, hamburger(on whole wheat no cheese) chicken grilled
    2. Fruit(apple,orange,grapes)
    3. 20 ounce water

Is that pasta whole wheat pasta? Skip the fruit, add more veggies and EFA's

    Late Night 9:30 p.m.
    1. Isopure protein shake 50 grams
    2. tuna fish,pasta (no sauce)
    3. fruit

Skip the pasta and the fruit. I suggest here having cottage cheese and natty pb.

this is just an example of stuff that i would eat got any ideas for me

    thanks
Your diet lacks solid food, veggies, and EFA's. Solid foods speeds up your metabolism, shakes are a supplement and not to always take place of real food.

Do you make the muffins yoursef?

ONLY whole wheat pasta. Never eat white pasta

2 Protein shakes per day. PWO shake and either at bed in place of cottage cheese or another convenient time. 40G Protein for your shake is good. You only need very small amounts of fruit. Fruit only refills liver glycogen not muscle glycogen. You need complex carbs to fill muscle glycogen like brown rice, oats, sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta, whole grains.

    Get yourself some fish oil

I understand and you don't need more than 1 piece of fruit per day. 2 at the max.

You're eating mid-morning and mid-afternoon. You shouldn't be hungry if you're eating every 2.5 to 3 hours. If you are, look at your meals at those times (shakes? That could be it, my friend...) If you eat real-food protein instead, maybe add in a serving of veggies (fibrous) that will probably help. As well, for the morning meal at least, you could also include a serving of complex carbs (brown rice, sweet potato, other whole grains).

If you must have a shake for reasons of convenience, try blending some fibre into it; I like flax fibre myself, others prefer psyllium. I'd still munch some veggies if I were you, some celery or radishes or carrot sticks perhaps. (Yeah, I know. "Sugar in carrots". But y'know, for thirty calories per medium carrot and all of those most excellent phytochemicals and vitaminal goodness, I don't get too concerned myself about a few natural sugars. Matter of perspective I suppose.)

well mid morning and mid afternoon i wasnt really eating just having an apple or orange with a shake i was doing this because i would get a little hungry between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. i blend fiber into my protein shakes i use a supplement called myofiber http://www.muscleology.com/products_supplements.html so your saying that i should drop the shakes and have some veggies or celery sticks for mid morning and mid afternoon?

I'm saying that if you keep the shakes, you might want to add some veggies. Do not, however, omit to have some sort of protein component in your mid-morning and mid-afternoon meals, whether that be shake, egg, dead beast or whatever.

What are those EFA's and how much are you getting?

Get rid of the apple in meal 6. Why are you not eating every 3 hours? I noticed your 2nd meal was only 1.5 hours apart from meal 1

Sorry man, I just get really pissed off when people send me pm's or bother me on IM for hours asking me to set up training programs or diets for them and then I help them out and then they want to ask everyone if what they are doing is okay. It pisses me off when someone asks my opinion and then wants to argue with me about it.....it's like...why ask.

    Sorry, just had to vent

That's why I tell everyone that PM's me to post it. I don't help people with diets through PM's anymore for the same reason Funky.

There are a just few that I've known here for a long time that I will help privately.
