    Are my macros ok?

Presently i am doing 380c(48%) 83f(23%) 230p(29%). Total cals 3190. I have been steadily putting on about 1lb/week so far for the past 4 weeks. My bf % is the same as it was in the beginning. IMO i seem to be in the right direction during this bulk. Would like to know if anyone else agrees or should i make changes like up the fats... reduce the pro...???

that is about my ratio, i may be getting a little more protein and a little less fat but we are both at the same weight, for some reason my body doesn't do well if I reduce my protein lower then 1.5* my bw.

    LAM, Mikah, thanks..

Aztecwolf. I have been on about 1.4g/lb and towards the end of the day i always got some bloating/gas. But the past week i havent been able to do all 6 meals and noticed that i did not get any bloating/gas probs. So for now i have dropped the pro down to 1.2g/lb. Hopefully that shouldnt affect my gains. Thanks for your input.
