You need more EFA's. 1 Flax pill a day isn't going to cut it.
In meal 1 I would replace the ww bread with some oats instead
Also for meal 6 you would be better off with casein such as cottage cheese and some fat like PB to slow it down.
Ok with some guidance here is my new diet...
MEAL 1 : 4 egg white and 1 whole egg, 2 slices of WW bread, Coffee Milk and equal, multivitamin
MEAL 2 : SHAKE (Lean Mass Matrix)
MEAL 3 : Grilled Chicken, Yam, and some green veggies with a flax seed pill
MEAL4 : TUNA with green veggie
MEAL 5 MEAT with Veggies
MEAL 6: TUNA with salad
My current BF is 14.9, my goal is to reach 10-11 by August 2...Currently I am lifting 2-3 times a week and taking a high intense kickboxing class the other days. My weight is 204...
Please tell me what needs to be improved...
THANKS,
BOOj

You may want to check out my post where my diet was critiqued. My stats were very similar to yours at the beginning of my cut. I have lost a few pounds already, and I definitely notice a difference in appearance.
