    REVISED DIET PLEASE Critique

    Ok with some guidance here is my new diet...

    MEAL 1 : 4 egg white and 1 whole egg, 2 slices of WW bread, Coffee Milk and equal, multivitamin

    MEAL 2 : SHAKE (Lean Mass Matrix)

    MEAL 3 : Grilled Chicken, Yam, and some green veggies with a flax seed pill

    MEAL4 : TUNA with green veggie

    MEAL 5 MEAT with Veggies

    MEAL 6: TUNA with salad

    My current BF is 14.9, my goal is to reach 10-11 by August 2...Currently I am lifting 2-3 times a week and taking a high intense kickboxing class the other days. My weight is 204...

    Please tell me what needs to be improved...

    You need more EFA's. 1 Flax pill a day isn't going to cut it.

    In meal 1 I would replace the ww bread with some oats instead

    Also for meal 6 you would be better off with casein such as cottage cheese and some fat like PB to slow it down.

    Ok so more EFA.

    And with meal 1 im not a big fan of oats, any alternative?

    Also is there any alternative to cottage cheese? for my meal 6?

    Meal 1 you can have fiber one, sweet potatoes, brown rice, legumes...........

    Meal 6, a good micellar casein and or protein isolate.

    You may want to check out my post where my diet was critiqued. My stats were very similar to yours at the beginning of my cut. I have lost a few pounds already, and I definitely notice a difference in appearance.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
