Hello,
I've been working out for a few years now but i've never really gotten that serious about it but am now starting to and am going to try and do my first bulking phase. I'm a female and would like to put on about 5-10 pounds of muscle over the next 5-6 months (is that a realistic goal?) obviously with minimal fat gain. I was just wondering how many calories a day you need to eat about maintainence? I currently am maintaining at about 2200/day and was just wondering what you would recommend I bump it up to in order to gain some muscle, and how fast to expect to gain?
Any advice is appreciated!!
