Opinions on My Cutting Diet

I have been reading all of the critiques on everyone's diets so I thought I would post mine and see if anyone had any opinions about it. I am 5'10" 175 lbs, around 7-8% bf with the goal of getting down to around 5%. Here is my plan:

On Weight Training Days

8:00-San V12 Turbo, 5 grams BCAAs, 5 grams Glut
8:30-20 g whey, 3 cc CLA (VPX Thinfat)
10:15-40 g whey, 35 g maltodextrin (PWO)
11:15-5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 cup oatmeal
2:00-6 oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup broccoli
4:30-6 oz chicken breast, 2 cups spinach, 1 TBSP Olive Oil and Vinegar
7:00-6 oz fish, 2 cups broccoli, 6 g fish oil or flax oil
9:30-20 g micellar casein, 1 tsp natural PB, 5 cc CLA

On Non-Weight Training Days
8:00-V12 Turbo, 5 g BCAAs, 5 g Glut
8:30- 30-35 mins cardio
9:00-20 g whey
10:00-6 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 oz grilled chicken, 2/3 cup oatmeal
1:00-6 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli
4:00-7 oz chicken, 2 cups spinach, 2 TBSP Olive Oil and Vinegar, 5 g EFAs
7:00-6 oz fish, 2 cups broccoli, 10 g EFAs, 10cc CLA
9:30-20 g micellar casein, 1 TBSP Natural PB

Halfway between most meals I also take 3 g BCAAs and 3 g Glutamine. I hope that everyone that has any opinions about this plan will post them. Thank you in advance.

It looks pretty good. 1 suggestion though, I would decrease some of the olive oil and get more omega 3's instead.
