honestly this doesn't look like that much food... especially for a bulking diet. have you tried plugging it all into fitday.com? that would be much easier than trying to calculate all the macros, etc from labels.

between what meals do you workout?

do you know what your bf% is, approximatly?

I workout between meals 4 and 5 and have 15 % body fat....

Where do you suggest in putting more food into??

Lean Beef or Sirloin Steaks maybe?

I would definetely eat more red meat especially steaks & lean ground beef.

Red meat increases your red blood cell count & w/o enough red blood cells, you'll be losing strength & you need to be lifting heavy to gain muscle mass.

Oh I would also for sure increase your complex carb intake, citrus fruits, green vegetables & I would drink about 1700ml's of water everyday.

What kind of steaks are we talking about?

And should I try to incorporate meat into 4 meals out of the six? all six meals with meat would be too much right?

Preferably a steak w/o much fat on it. Sirloin is good but it gets expensive. I have maybe 3-4 steaks a week. The rest of my red meat comes from extra lean ground beef.

I have 3 servings of extra lean ground beef a day,

I have 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts a day,

& I have 2 fillets of Pollack fish (no mercury like canned tuna)

& you say you're 160lbs? You should be eating 175grams of protein a day to grow. & when you hit 175lbs you should be eating 190grams of protein a day & so on.

Plus brown whole wheat pasta, %100 natural oatmeal, & steamed brown or wild rice for complex carbs.

Then brocoli, green beans or peas in their pods for green vegetables, pears oranges apples & kiwi for citrus fruits & your 1 or 2 bananna's a day for potassium & don't forget the 1500-2000ml's of water a day.

    Hope this helps.

    I'm glad I could help.

I don't know what % it is but we get lean ground beef. I order in bulk from a butcher who delievers the chicken & lean ground beef & the 3 or 4 steaks a week to my home.

I get 24 chicken breasts for around $80 Canadian & that will last 2 weeks maybe slightly more with 2 chicken breasts a day.

As for the lean ground beef he brings enough beef to last almost a month for around $50-$60 Canadian.

& the fish I buy Blue Water Pollack fish from the grocery store.

It's much cheaper to buy the meat in bulk from a butcher than the grocery store plus it will be better over all meat than the grocery store.

For fats & EFA's I take Flaxseed oil & Salmon Oil which has a high dose of Omega-3 an important EFA.

You can buy flaxseed oil & the salmon oil at your local pharmacy or health food store. I buy mine from Costco a store that sells everything in bulk. I'm sure you have something similar.

But I wouldn't use the fat from peanut butter or Mayo. I almost never eat peanut butter & only sometimes use light mayo.
