    Bulking with slow burners...?

Ok I wanted to try the the bulkin diet in the stickies when i first started but was much to light, so now I'm at the stats where I'm able to take this thing on! I just have a question with meal 6 training days.

This works well for me b/c I train late at night but shouldn't there be some proteins? I was figuring it was the 8-10 oz's which was stated in meal 6 (non training days) Am I rite?

For this particular plan, in meals 6 for training days, there is no additional protein.

Roughly 320-350g's. I will actualy break it down when I get home and give the full macro make up but that was my gestimate just from the amounts of meat and such. Tonight I will do it fully.

Ok here is what fitday says:

    Training days:
    Cals 6100/ Fats 114/ Carbs 860/ Prots 403

    Non:
    Cals 5200/ Fats 106/ Carbs 568/ Prots 442

Cals are rounded to the closets even number. I would give some space for error here though b/c some of the things I saw where pretty crazy, you could probably be safe with having an error of maybe 200cals on both days. Also those are all cumulative so the proteins in the rice and such are all added in, same with the carbs from veggies etc...Like I said thats a rough guide b/c fitday.com is not 100% accurate.

My stats, 5'6",171lbs--pretty fast metabolism. I figured this diet should help me add on some mass and little my little I will tweak it to keep gains coming by adding more cals. I am just barely managing to get all this stuff down now so I have plenty of time before I up my cals.

That's an insane number of calories. You are probably going to pack quite a bit of fat on...

Aztecwolf-no I'm sorry I don't have a link, I never saved it like a fool. Just for the records, this doesn't look like alot of food but it is insane trying to eat that much. My 2 meals I can barely manage are breakfast and ussualy my training day meal 6. I was never a big morning eater and this is a huge meal for breakfast. And all those damn carbs at night after I train is like a rock in my gut, I almost hurled yesterday.

CowPimp-Maybe, Maybe not....I will try my hardest not to pack on any excess BF and I was thinking a day or 2 of cardio, HIIT style just to keep the extra fat down. I am not looking to get cut simply massive right now, but I don't want to be a slobbering fatbody. I will see how its goes in a few weeks I guess.

that is a lot of cals. How many cals are you consuming right now? Don't try and jump up to these numbers right away, build up to it.....I have made that mistake before and it left me in the bathroom more than I wanted.

Yea I am working into it, faster then most would but I am. I can handle all the meals except meals 1 and 6(training). So little by little I add more to it instead of forcing the food down. But due to cutting and eating much less I am not use to eating so much in one sitting.

I was doing a lil over 4k on my last bulk but I went from 145-180ish....towards the end I stopped counting and just ate everything heh. This bulk I want a little more controled and watch what I eat, except for this first week. I ate everything I was suppose to but added a little bread in today at a fire call to kill my craving for the next few weeks of this bulk. Now its pretty strict here on end. I hope it works.
