    Getting "Ripped ABS" Diet

Hello, im new to this forum, just been reading up and looks really insightful in my opinion. I hope anyone here can help me and notify me if im doing anything wrong with the diet i am on now. The point of my diet is to basically lose FAT, and have ripped abs, hehehe.

    Cardio before first meal

    10:00 AM : Oatmeal, banana, 2 eggwhites

    11:30 AM : WorkOut

    1:15 PM : 1 whole egg-4egg whites, and Vitamin C

    2:30 PM : A small salad

    4:30 PM: Fruit

    7:30 PM : Dinner [ tuna/fish/meat, with 1 cup of vegetables ]

It looks sort of basic in my opinion, and there is probably somethings i should add. I just want to lose Body Fat. I am currently 16 years old, 6 feet tall, and weigh about 158-162. Any help would be appreciated, thank you
