Anything without the bread![]()
What do you think is a better way to start of the day with?
1. Egg Salad Sandwich.
2. Tuna Salad Sandwich.
3. 2 Egg Whites with 2 slices of whole wheat bread.
4. Whole wheat bagel with PB.
I am trying to loose weight .. so which of these would act as good breakfast food.

how about scrambled eggs ? and I know this might sound stupid but wats wrong with the whole wheat bread?
Bread is not ideal for cutting and should only be used once in a great while and always secondary to oats, sweet potatoes and brown rice. The eggs are fine.

Whole wheat bread is processed like white bread.
Look for 100% whole grain bread as it is not so processed. Read the ingrediets and make sure there is no enriched wheat flour or high fructose corn syrup or crap like that.
Some dark german rye's aren't that bad either. again read the label to make sue they are not proccesed and are the real deal

coo coo .. thanks for all the gr8 info ..
It depends on the bread. I just found some bread that has less than 1G of sugar per slice, so that is what I will be going with from now on.
