EFFA Help? Ive read Stickies? Im Dumb!

Having a hard time understanding where to get my EFFA's from and HOW much I should be getting......My diet is posted below. I would love to add some Fish Oil to this but dont know where to put it? And would love to know if the mayo and Natty PB is a decent source of fat? This diet below is supposed to be my bulk diet, but it only totals around 2000 cals. Im 5'11' 13% body fat, 160 pounds, oh and Im 26. I think to bulk I need around 2500 calories, but this seems like a lot of food for me to take in on a daily basis and am having a hard time filling in the extra 500+ calories Im gonna need? Any suggestions? I havent taken protein shakes in about a week and a half....Ran out of money, but am going to get more today....so that should help out a little with the calories? And would anyone recommend going up to 1 cup of Brown Rice per the meals that I use it at?

I would add about 2 more egg whites here and increase your oats to 1 cup

    Meal 2
    1 Can Tuna in Water
    1 Tablespoon Mayo (Hellmans)
2 Clerey Sticks with 2 Tablespoons All natty PB

Look into safflower mayo instead. The pb is good. I would a brown rice here

    Meal 3
1 Chicken Beast or Sirloin Steak
    1/2 Cup Brown Rice
    Mixed Veggies

Here is a good spot for EFA's and increase the brown rice

    Meal 4
    1 Red Potatoe
    6-8oz. Lean Ground Beef
    5 Grams Creatine

    Another good spot for efa's

    Mixed Veggies

    Increase the rice

    Meal 6
    1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
    6 Whole Walnuts
    1 Multi Vitamin
Here is a PRIME spot for EFA's.
See my notes in bold I'm not a fan of regular mayo. You can get safflower mayo at any natural food store and it tastes good.

Thanks much Jodi..... Am I getting EFa's from the Natty PB, Mayo, and Walnuts? Or does the EFA come from the fish oil?

Fish oil should be your primary source. Natty PB and walnuts are ok. The canola oil in mayo is not a good choice imo for efa's.

Are walnuts a good source of Omega 3? I eat them at the last meal of my day. Should I also take the fish oil caps as well with the walnuts???

Nuts are primarily omega 6 although I believe walnuts are on the higher end for nuts of omega 3. Regardless, it is still not a great source of omega 3. You should resort to Fish oil for you omega 3 EFA's.
