help me kick this plateaus ass!

    hey guys.

im looking for some help on busting through this plateau!

i've been cutting for the past 3 months and am down from 14.5% bf to around 8%. My bottom two abs are having a tough fucking time coming out and i am looking for suggestions!

For the past few weeks I've been training basically without a plan, but just doing it instinctively...but good solid intense workouts.....poundages are going up, getting at least (and this is the VERY minimum...usually closer to 5 days or a week) 72 hours rest between same bodyparts, lots of supersetting, 30-60 set rest intervals.....so not to worried bout the weight training part of it. (this draper style training is just a breath of fresh air as my hst cycle, and basic 2 day split left me failing stale, bored and uninterested..)

As for cardio, i just recently added it- the last 2 weeks ive been doing max-ot style 16 minute hill workouts on my club's elliptical 3 days a week on nonconsecutive days.

my diet is basically a NHE plan designed by beverly, lots of steak eggs and chicken with carb up meals monday and thursday night, when i usually just consume pasta and bread or perhaps a meal of 3 bowls of rice and some chicken...

as far as supps go, im almost done with a bottle of absolved, which im not sure how well its worked and ive been using sesathin for 2 weeks...not sure about it yet

im still stuck at 5'8 157-158! @ 8 %. i need to get these lower abs out and i just cant figure out whatelse to do??

Max-ot cardio twice daily for this next week??? Double up sesathin dosing? Add in morning low intensity cardio after BCAA's? Eat more? less??? help guys!

thanks, ill be posting before and after pictures on july 8...which is the 12 week mark exactly. I've got 7 days to get this last .5% off...help me make it happen!

    thanks in advance

    dave

I would consume quality carbs like beans and lentils, etc. vs pasta and breads for carbs...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

LAM, why is that? just curious. will bread and pasta not fill my glycogen stores properly? Sometimes i include a non fat frozen yogurt shake from ben and jerries also...i've been told by many people that the carbs can be very high glycemic if the carb up is only a short period and the fats and proteins are kept down. let me know LAM! thanks...p.s. i took a look at your pics in the gallery, your looking great!

if you are trying to get those stubborn lower abs to come out you need to eat the best carbs possible and avoid processed carbs. you want to stick with whole foods...
