How Do You Get Over The Guilty Feeling Of Eating The High Glycemic Carbs ? I Haven't Eaten This Food In Years. I'm On My Second Refeed, I Refeed Every 5th Day. Talk About A Step Back. I Hope This Works.

I trashed my body for 16 straight weeks dieting for a bodybuilding show last saturday. It has been a long time since I have taken a week off. Dieting and training for a contest is no joke. I earned my week off.
