    no bloating

    What is a good breakfast to eat before I go to the beach to ensure that I don't bloat a lot? I don't like the idea of going on an empty stomach, but I don't want to look all bloated either.

    whey protein with some flax oil and a low GI fruit

    whey and fruit will both bloat you.
    I would think meat would be a decent choice.

    that doesn't bloat me.. you saying have strawberries with a shake will bload?

    I guess it might be individual , some people bloat on whey and fruit ( like me) and some people don't....If I eat any fruit with any meal I bloat... I have to space meals and fruit at least 2 hours...
