    how many fish oil caps?

    How many fish oil caps should i take a day? On the bottle is says to take 1 fish oil cap 3 times a day. I know people take more than that. WHat do you guys recommend?

    somotype is your body type mesomorph, endomorph, ectomorph:
    ecto- gentically lean and thin, small bone structure....aka the skinny guy
    endomorph- adds fat easily, larger frame, tends to lead toward fat storage.
    mesomorph-lagre to medium frame, adds mucsle farilly easily....good bone structure

    Another question!

    Ok how do you figure out your % of body fat??? Yes I am aware of the caliper mesurement! But where do I get the stuf to mesure for myself??? Thanks John

    WEll, im 25, 6'0 weighing about 165 male ecto and endo i think. I have fat around my lower abdoman and the rest of my body is thin and there is no fat present. I dont eat that much. I eat roughly around 1600 cals if im lucky. I tend to eat alot on the weekends though. I Hope this helps out.

    Well, I just found the problem. You need to eat to lose bodyfat. At that low of cals your headed into starvation mode.

    You should be getting around 15 of the 30% EPA/DHA fish caps per day or 10 of the 50%.

    SO can i take 3 at one sitting and spread them out through 5 meals?

    I eat salmon 5-6 times per week, either mid-day meal or late meal... plus an ungodly amount of tuna. I just happen to have a great love for fish! Also during the week, I'll have about 4 sirloin steaks, about 4 lbs of lean ground round, brown rice and steamed brocolli almost every day (with one of the above meats). If I ever have a meal that does not consist of meat (which is not often) then it may be something like large red Kidney Beans or Red Beans, brown rice, and steamed brocolli.

    If I can find the supplements in a food then I generally don't mess with pills or capsules.

    I do however take quite a few herbs!
