Don't go zero carb; at least eat your fibrous veggies, or if you are sitting on your a$$ working all day, your a$$ will cease to work, if you get my drift.

I wouldn't do a zero carb. after three days, it isn't a good thing......Your body will rebell bigtime.

depends on the person...I've gone with trace carbs of 50 grams/wk or less and felt fine.

I can do 50 or less its just that when you do that for days in a row you can get loopy.

I don't think anyone should ever do a zero carb diet, JMHO.

However, if you insist then just do Atkins, at least with that your calories would most likely be higher.

Just cut simple carbs.

In my experience its almost impossible to cut all carbs. As in you will get some no matter what. You could cut carbs to around 100 a day and make them good carb sources.

Depends on the person. I was on a low-fat diet once and though it works to an extent, it wasn't getting me ripped. On a low-carb diet I have been getting ripped quite a bit and my energy has not lowered much. For some a high carb diet works very well...but for some like me a high carb diet sucks!
