what are your short term goals ? what are your stats ? how many cals are you eating a day ?
I wk out (cardio sessions of 25-45 min) 4- 5 times a week. I weight train different body parts 3 times a week. I don’t eat anything white, take 2 protein shakes a day, eat lean protein, no sugar, lots of water, lots of green veggies, and currently taking Thermbuterol (fat burner). Please criticize this routine... LOL.
Ex:Protein- 51%, Carbs (complex): 31%, and fats at 18%

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

If I had to take a stab in the dark you probley arnt eating "right". By anything white do you mean chicken breastys. Or White in terms of "simple" carbs.
