lower cals/cardio do i need to refeed

if i only decrease my calories by 200 while doing cardio and taking a fat burner every day during the week ( one day would be weights), and then go to 2000 ( maintenance) on the weekends with no fat burner ( resting) , would it be stupid to "refeed" on the weekend since the calories did not go down very far. And would i have any problems if i kept using the fat burners on the weekends at maintenance calories or would it be better not to take them to make sure my body felt it was getting enough atleast one day out of the week and not lower its metabolism ( don't think i should be in a deficit every day for a month or so). thanks...also, the reason i ask about the refeeding is b/c i felt that maybe even though the calories did not drop very low, the deficit from cardio/fat burners might be so much that my body would still want to lower its metabolism and didn't know if only going to maintenance on the weekends would stop it. Thanks again if anyone can help.

I say keep track of your progress.. has fatloss slowed? how do you feel-mentally, energy, cravings, etc.
your plan is fine. Id defintly take the weekend or a couple days per week off of any thermogenic, the body adapts very easily.
