Quaker Fruit & Oatmeal bars

Are these things really all that good for you? i remember reading somewhere that they werent! here are the facts on them:

Calories - 130
Fat Cal - 25
Total Fat - 2.5g
Cholest - 0mg
Sodium - 120mg
Total Carb. - 26g
Protein - 1g

yes this is per bar

Check the ingredients that will probably be your firsts sign!



Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

LOL, I do beleive weve run bars into the ground, but yes unfortunatly I do eat one, hey when meal time comes and nothing else around you do what you can.

damn i checked the ingredients and 1st thing i saw was sugar, next was high fructose corn syrup, then more corn syrup ... so uhhh guess i'll have to find something else to eat as my 2nd meal!

granola bars, protein bars, nutri grain bars, meal replacment/energy bars.... junk.. IMO

damn i've always been told nutri grain bars n granola bars where healthy lol ... damn! so basically all kinds of bars are junk? ... this really helps me a lot!!

Again your best bet is to read the ingredients.

You can make your own Granola bars

try to remember that the key to eating healthy is by consuming foods in their natural forms. the majority of the foods that you eat should be perishable.

Quaker Fruit & Oatmeal bar = not so good

Quaker 100% oats and an apple = very good



Dumbest statement made in the Anabolic Zone for Nov

it was my 1st time eating one of those 2day looks like i wont be eating those anymore tho ... i've got plenty of other stuff to eat ... including TONS of recipes that i've found on here!
