what is your favorite source of protien?

Myself, i love Baked Fish..any type of fish, catfish, cod, salmon, bass, whiting, and on and on. I tend to get full quicker when i eat steaks and chicken, but i can eat tons of fish and still feel light.

Red meat, especially a good grilled ribeye. have to grill it myself though--can't get a decent steak in many restaurants anymore.
Grilled chicken is more economical & faster most of the time though.

boiled boneless skinless chicken breast is what I eat most often, haha. Cottage cheese is what I like most in terms of taste. Salmon is great too, and shellfish

    Peace.

Any type of meat that is cooked spicy and middle eastern or indian or afghani. Whether it is chicken, lamb, beef is not the issue. It can all be made to taste great.

Here at home in TX, I would have to go with a good chicken fried steak. Fried catfish comes in a close second.

Lol, Olympic Track and Field Trials had brisket, tri-tip, polish sausage, bbqed chicken sandwhiches, etc. My protein shakes weren't confiscated, but damn, from 1-9:30, those shakes aren't cutting it.

I have 2 say out of all other proteins, I've had to go with grilled Turkey/ Chicken cus it's cheaper than steak, but I do like fried eggs. The most kick ass source of protein has to be a nice big juicey, well done sirloin steak.

    mmmmm
