mod carbs no carb up right?

this question is like the one i had about calories. By consuming about 45% carbs for 5 days of the week while doing cardio/weights/fat burners, would it be fine to just go to about 55% on my rest days/weekends and keeping my calories at maintenance. Again, i think that 45% is not too low but i don't know whether the cardio/fat burners will deplete me at the end of the week, probably not,...so if i have nothing to worry about when it comes to depleting and can just go up a little on my carbs ( won't deplete at 45% during the week) and then go to 45% again let me know...thanks

I guess it sounds fine If you have your weekly caloric total you meet your goal i.e. to be under or over it. But for me personally 45%on carbs seems a little high.

my ratios are 35/45/20 p/c/f weekday ( with cardio/ fatburners) and then on the weekend it would be 30/55/15, i didn't think i needed to go any higher than 55% carbs on the weekend if i wouldn't be depleting myself of carbs during the week at 45%. However, if 5 days of that with cardio and fat burners might deplete me by the end of the week, i would go
higher on the carbs on the weekend

sorry, forgot to mention i would be doing 2000 calories every day, but later on, aftera couple weeks i might go down to 1800 on the weekdays and then back to 2000 on the weekend, so lowering by 200 might deplete me of carbs by the end of the week i don't know.

You ask a lot of carb-up questions.
HOnestly just go with how you feel. Like Mikah said you will really know if you're depleted. Personally 45% is on the high end for me, I only go up to 50% when I'm bulking.

    Peace.

I agree with Mikah and Premo. Go by how you feel..honestly getting 45% of calories from carbs on a daily basis, even w/cardio should not deplete you much at all.

    what are your goals?
