    What is....

    ....the best thing to drink while you are working out? Water, Gatorade, Grape Juice? someting else? thank you very much,

    I would say the best is water.

    I don't do gatorade or anything like that to much sugar. There is a carb drink many drink in my gym that has like 110 carbs per bottle, but I could down like 3 of em. Fug that, I drink water cause I'm thirsty no need for flavor.

    During my sessions, I have bottled water, and in a glass I have a mixture which consists of 1 part 100% white grape juice and 3 parts Pau D' Arco tea. Pau D' Arco is a great antioxident which flushed the body while blasting!
