Talking Bulk up

At the moment this is my 'diet' I don't really wanna call it that but not sure what else 2 call it

Breakfast: 6.am
3 Whole eggs ( Fried), muesli 1 cup coffee/ tea and a banana

9am, 1pm, 5pm, 8pm, 11pm.
each meal:
65 grms grilled turkey breast
1 cup pasta( or rice)
1 cup mixed veg
2 tablespoons of 1000 island dressing ( home made)

I am not sure if that's enough protein or carbs but it rocks

"Rome wasnt built in a day"
"Go heavy or go home."

do you know the total macronutrients and calories? perhaps trying plugging it all into www.fitday.com.

is that 65grams the weight of the chicken, or how many grams of protein from it?
what sort of pasta or rice? whole wheat or brown/wild/bastami I hope, although white would be alright post workout, minus the veggies.
what sort of mixed veggies?
whats in the dressing?
I dont see any EFA's(unless you added that to the dressing).

I also wouldnt reccomened, even when bulking, letting the mainstay of my carb intake be pasta. the rice is fine. watch out for the sugar added to the museli and/or fat content(bad fats).
you may opt to cut back on 1 yolk at breakfast and add in a few more egg whites.

when do you train? I wouldnt be having carbs at 11pm before bed unless you just trained. this would be an ideal time to get in some healthy fats as well along with protein.

65g is the weight of the chicken/ turkey before it's cooked. Pasta white made with durum wheat and rice is either long grain or basmati. What are EFA's and are they important?

65g chicken really isnt much at all. 100g has only 23g protein. It appears you need more protein. how about other sources like fish, beef, cottage cheese, etc. ?

bastami rice is fine but white rice and pasta you want to steer clear of for being so high glycemic and lacking in nutrients. do you like oatmeal? sweet potatoes?

EFA's- essential fatty acids. VERY important for normal bodily functions of vital organs and hormones. check the sticky at the top of the forum, with some good info on them for you.

I suppose I could cook the whole pack (654 grms uncooked) of turkey, I find that whole wheat pasta costs too much money, I know alot of ppl who weight train and get on fine with white pasta. I know that flax oil is an EFA but would Cod Liver Oil do?

how about buying a bag of old fashioned oatmeal? its very cheap. as is a big bag of brown rice.

flax is good, fish oil is also a great supplementation. olive oil, avocados, nuts(raw/dry roasted), natural nut butters, hempseed oil, etc.
cod liver oil is primarly a good source of vitamin D.

Turkey and oatmeal?, that doesn't sound too appealing soz. So if I chopped an avocado in with my pasta that would help?
