    Diet Help

    ok im a 16 year old kid and i need some help with making a diet plan(yes im going to ask you a buncha stupid questions but please bare with me) i wiegh 150 pounds at the moment and work out 2 times a week(when i work out i work out EVERYTHING) im going to get some protien withing the next couple of days also. anyone please help

    I would suggest you start reading here - Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance

    Then come up with a plan to suit your needs and post it. From there we will be happy to critique it for you

    oh i knwo that about the portien. Jodi i appreciate the link i will start reading it tongiht and then i will post again right now im about to watch a movie with some friends but i appreciate it i will post my diet that i think will work and you guys can critque it if you wouldnt mind

    lol wow if that is your picture the women with the blonde hair?then you are really well aged if you are double my age.oh yea i got a question been wanting to put a pic of me in my thing box thing how do i do it. oh yea i been looking at the post some more i think the carb cycling seems like the easiest diet would you agree to that?cause then i wouldnt be bothered by refeeding (oh yea i been learning alot about diets since i been reading your post you now MONDO alot about this stuff) but its gonna be hard cause i like homemade pies ( i live with my grandparents WOOT get all that good down south cooking)i sure am gonna miss that stuff you gotta be really dedicated to this stuff but i think maybe i can do it. im gonna readt the rest of the post tonight but right now i think im gonna go ..........(thinking)............to the beech thanxs alot
