I usually have three-four for about 120g in protein. I have a small one preworkout (probably 20-30g), I work out in the AM, then my largest one postworkout (40-60g), one midday (20-30g) and usually one just before I go to sleep (20g). I am 5'9", 195 lbs, and am in an maintenance phase.
