    Whey per day

    how many whey protein drinks do you guys drink per day? specifically the ones who are trying to maintain mass or are bulking?

    I usually have three-four for about 120g in protein. I have a small one preworkout (probably 20-30g), I work out in the AM, then my largest one postworkout (40-60g), one midday (20-30g) and usually one just before I go to sleep (20g). I am 5'9", 195 lbs, and am in an maintenance phase.

    2 on leg days, 1 on my other 3 w/o days, and one sometimes none on my off days (i prefer whole food protein)

    I use a lot of protein supplements as I don't have a big appetite. I get about 150-200 grams of protein a day from supplements and another 150 grams from food...

    One on training days. Like aztecwolf, I'd much rather have real food.

    2 scoops on training days; 0 on non-training days. Sometimes I will have some for breakfast if I run out of egg whites.
