    more cals?

    I eat around 200+ cals and I never really tend to get hungry (enless I miss a meal) but when i do one of those see how many cals i should eat the come to 3000 to 4000 cals? Humm sugestions?

    I really hope you mean 2000+ and not 200+ ...

    ok.. lets get this straight.. you consume 2000 calories/day. And you feel satisfied but you think you need to be eating more, correct?
    again, what are your stats? height, weight, bf%.

    ok i'm 130lb 5'8'' and have about 11% body fat (i was 119pounds and 4% body fat a year ago with a bad diet too) no i eat better since and it is summer now i tend to do less heavy wieghts and ore pull ups, push ups, biking and that sort.
