something i have a problem with...

Something that keeps bothering me is that i have a hard time figuring out what foods are considered complex carbs and what foods are considered simple carbs and it what types are saturated fats most prevalent and what about monosaturated fats and polysaturated and... etc. Anyone able to help out here... like can i have a short list for these types of food? Thanks.
